Summary:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining OSHA-compliant safety training programs across the organization. Ensures all employees receive proper instruction on workplace safety standards, hazard recognition, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver OSHA-mandated training programs for all levels of staff.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with federal and state safety regulations.
- Maintain training records and documentation for regulatory reporting.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on OSHA standards and updates.
- Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
- Experience in training development and delivery.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Certification in occupational safety (e.g., OSHA 30, COSS, or equivalent) preferred.
