The Maintenance Tower Foreman Position will be located in East Denver, Co. Exact company location is still to be determined. The Maintenance Tower Foreman will work in conjunction with the Director of Safety and Project Managers to execute projects in accordance with corporate policy.
  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, replace, test, and maintain equipment on tall structures, up to 500 ft. in the air
  • Must be able to access equipment and components at significant heights
  • Must travel with assigned crew to job locations
  • Must be able to lead a crew
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to perform duties effectively
  • Safely climb and work on significantly tall structures, in any type of weather conditions
  • Must possess basic mechanical skills and proper use of hand tools
  • Travel up to 80% of the work week, overtime may be required
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance and report to work with punctuality every day
  • Follow direction from leadership, and also work with independent judgment
  • Pass and maintain company and state certifications, upon hire and as required by regulations, including DOT
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background checks

Requirements:

  • Environment: Outdoor position, requiring work in all types of weather conditions including extreme heat, extreme cold, and other types of inclement conditions. A significant amount of time traveling in company vehicles, to and from work sites, including out of state and overnight is required.
  • Physical: Must be able to wear up to 50 lbs. of climbing gear, climb tall structures up to 500 feet in the air, while carrying additional gear, and adhere to all required safety protocols. Frequently required to stand, stoop, walk, sit, reach above head, and climb.

Travel Requirements:

  • 80% local travel
  • Overnight required as needed.
  • Overtime, per diem, and paid drive time when traveling.
  • $150 per diem day when traveling (60 miles from company location).
  • Holiday and/or emergency on-call required
