Here at One Way Wireless Construction, LLC (One Way), located in Shakopee, Minnesota, with a satellite office in Olathe, KS and various states we serve, we’re proud of our over four decade history serving countless customers across the Midwest and beyond.
Our story begins over four decades ago in 1977 on the strong business sense and dedication to doing things “One Way – the Right Way”. Doing business “The Right Way” is not just a motto, but a major part of One Way’s culture and is greatly credited with the Company’s longevity and substantial growth over the past 4 decades.
Over 20+ years , One Way is the business partner of choice to many major wireless carriers in the Midwest and beyond.
Thanks to the help of our great employees, One Way has become a premier provider of telecommunications infrastructure and electrical services in the Midwest region.

Hello. Just reaching out to say thanks again and pass on the compliments to your crew once more. Mark spoke very highly of the crew again as super responsive and effective. The station was also grateful to everyone for completed a full repair of the detune skirt in this case. They are working on adjusting the station now but it looks like the detune kit is installed and functional and the station engineer expressed his satisfaction. ’m writing up the final report for the site so you’ll see that from our coordination department soon.
