Congratulations to our Tower Technician extraordinaire, Tanner Dale! Tanner has been named One Way’s Employee of the Month for April!Tanner started at OWWC back in 2008. He has had many positions throughout the years. Originally he started on a civil crew and developed a great foundation he would use toward his success on the tower side of things.Tanner brings our company a very high level of confidence that the job will be completed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
