We are happy to announce that August was Matt Sharp month! We are proud of this Civil Foreman for all that he does for our company. Matt Sharp is well viewed by his coworkers as well as his crew as a very hard worker. He was nominated by guys that he works with every day, including his lead Project Manager, Cory Fair. Cory noted that he appreciates Matt’s dedication to not only show up everyday, but that he shows up ready to work hard. He does whatever it takes, stays until the project is done, and done right. He has shown his versatility and willingness to do anything he can to better himself within our One Way organization, including being tower certified, a One Way safety committee member, and continues to strive to expand his knowledge in anything that he does. On top of that, Matt is an absolute bull when it comes to the strength department! Anyone can attest to this. Cory appreciates Matt’s flexibility and attitude when it comes to changes, as this is a part of their almost weekly demands. Cory noted, “I think this is a well-deserved honor for Matt, and I know that anyone that knows or has worked with him will agree that he has earned this!
