Danny is the kind of person who stands out both on and off the job. With a big heart and a mindset that always considers others, he’s constantly thinking about the next person in the process of getting the job done—sometimes a little too much! But that just speaks to how much he cares about the team and the work we do at One Way Wireless Construction.

Danny’s commitment to quality is second to none. He takes the time to ensure every task is done right the first time, and when he’s unsure, he never hesitates to call and ask for direction. His attention to detail and focus on excellence don’t just get noticed here—they’re recognized by our carrier client, who has called Danny out by name for the top-notch quality of his inspections. He and his fellow crew member, Steve, were handpicked to complete four site audits for our carrier client because we knew they’d represent One Way Wireless in the best possible way.

Danny also embodies what it means to be a team player. He goes above and beyond to make things easier for his coworkers, takes suggestions openly, and collaborates to find the best solutions. And let’s not forget his respectful attitude and signature twangy accent that keeps things lively on the job!
