Congratulations to Jerilyn Foster on being voted by her peers for our November Employee of the Month!

Jerilyn has been with One Way for 2.5 years.  She came into the company having no idea what she was getting into or what she would be doing, as we were forming the project support department.

Jerilyn has been the most reliable, stable, consistent team member, perhaps of all time.  She does a fantastic job.  I have described her as the ultimate solider, just knowing her role and sticking with it.  Jerilyn, has helped the TIA department continue to be the best in the business, she has been a huge part of making sure we have been the only company that has reached all the quarterly requirements our customer has given us for the two years she has been here.  We are a better company because of Jerilyn.
