“Victor is one of the most dependable guys we have on our team. He always gives 100% whether it’s battling a tough day on the tower, working in -20 temps, or helping our country in crisis with his military commitment. Victor has a very playful sense of humor but can set it aside when seriousness is necessary. If you want something done and done right the first time, he should be one of the first calls.
