This week we congratulate Jake Storm as our August Employee Of the Month!

Jake consistently goes above and beyond. He will stay on the tower to help others finish their tasks even when he is completed. When the weather is crummy, his attitude shines. When the crew needs a little push to finish the day strong, he encourages those around him. Jake is a major stand-up guy who any of us would be happy to climb alongside, any day of the week!
