Team work is ESSENTIAL in our line of work. We need to be “top of our game” (pun intended) as a well-oiled crew out on site and on the towers, as well as in the office between our different departments. To keep us working smoothly together AND to have some fun – a few One Way Wireless Construction employees participated in the recent team building event at Game Show Battle Rooms, located in Golden Valley. https://gameshowbattlerooms.com/The One Way competitors split into two teams to face-off against each other, all facilitated by a game show host. There were laughs, cheering and some hard-fought games, but Team Warrior came up the winners! Here’s to great teamwork AND hoping that big trophy made it back to our Shakopee Office!
